- 4 to 6 boneless pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 onion
- 3 baking potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Brown pork chops in 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet.

2Remove and drain fat.

3Cut up onions and potatoes and brown in 1 tablespoon oil.

4Add pork chops to potatoes and onions.

5Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water and pour over chips.

6Allow to simmer on medium-low for about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.

7Stir occasionally.

8Salt to taste.
