- 6 1/2 inches thick pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
Directions

1In skillet in hot oil, cook pork chops about 10 minutes or until browned; pour off fat.

2Stir in soup, wine, apple, celery and thyme.

3Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
