- 15 red ratio chile peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 green chilies
- 1 small onion
- 2 lb. pork butt
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Boil pork 2 to 3 hours.

2Save water from pork.

3Shred meat. Boil red peppers 5 minutes.

4Let soak 10 minutes.

5Remove peppers from water.

6Scrape seeds out.

7Puree in blender with pork broth about 4 cups.

8Roast green peppers, peel and chop fine.

9In pan, add oil, meat, flour, garlic, onion, green chilies and salt. Saute.

10Add all of puree broth to meat.

11Simmer for 20 minutes.
