- 3 racks of baby-back pork ribs
- 1 -2 green peppers or 1 -2 red pepper
- 1 large onion
- 3 tablespoons garlic
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 2 cups green olives
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- salt
- black pepper
Directions

1Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.

2Blend everything together till it reaches a paste like consistency.

3Pour on top of the ribs.

4Cover and let marinade for as long as possible (optional).

5Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 350F.

6Cook the meat till tender

7Uncover and brown on the top till a crust forms.
