- 200 g thin-cut pork loin chops (preferably from the shoulder end, or belly or ham)
- 3~4 leaves cabbage (washed, thinly shredded and soak in cold water) or lettuce (washed and torn into pieces)
- 1/2 to 1 onions (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- * 2 Tbsp sugar
- * 3 Tbsp sake
- * 3 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions

1Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sear the pork on both sides.

2Take them out from the pan.

3Cook the onion in the same frying pan until lightly browned.

4Add the sauce, pork and simmer thoroughly.

5Arrange the rice in a bowl and place the cabbage or lettuce over the rice, then add the pork and sauce.
