- 1 (5 oz.) pork roast, boned, rolled and tied
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c. orange marmalade
- 1 (1-inch) piece ginger root
Directions

1Place roast, fat side up, on rack in roasting pan.

2Bake at 325° for 2 to 3 hours.

3Combine garlic, marmalade and ginger root in saucepan.

4Cook over low heat until bubbly, stirring constantly.

5Remove garlic and ginger root.

6Brush glaze over roast 2 to 3 times during the final 30 minutes of roasting.

7Serve on platter.

8Garnish with orange slices.
