Pork Roast Barbecue

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. pork roast (I use boneless and trim off the fat)
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 bottle barbecue sauce

Directions

    Put in crock-pot and cook 6 to 8 hours (high).

    Drain off liquid, then add about 1/2 bottle barbecue sauce and let cook another couple of hours (on high for about 30 minutes, then on low for remainder of cooking time).
