- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can cut up tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1 tsp. dried garlic salt
- shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti.

2Stir margarine into hot spaghetti; stir in eggs.

3Make a crust of spaghetti in a buttered baking dish.

4Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti.

5In skillet, cook beef until brown; drain off fat.

6Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt; heat through.

7Turn meat mixture into spaghetti crust.

8Bake uncovered in a 350° oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese on top.

9Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
