  • 3 large pork steaks
  • sliced potatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. marjoram

Directions

    Put layer of sliced potatoes in bottom of a greased roaster pan.

    Add some salt, pepper, onion and a sprinkle of marjoram. Place pork steak on top with onion and seasonings.

    Put more sliced potatoes on meat and use up seasonings and onion.

    Mix soup with water; pour over all.

    Cover; bake in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is soft.
