- 1 1/2 lb. boneless pork shoulder, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (13 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
- 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- hot cooked noodles
Directions

1In skillet, brown pork in oil; drain fat.

2Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender.

3Transfer to slow cooker. Combine mushrooms, bouillon, dill weed and pepper.

4Add 1 cup water.

5Pour over meat.

6Cover and cook on low heat setting for 10 hours.
