- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- bay leaves
- 6 peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pork roast or pork chops
Directions

1Combine first nine ingredients.

2Pour over meat that has been well pierced.

3Leave 6 to 8 hours or more refrigerated.

4Remove bay leaves and bake at 375° for 1 1/4 hours, basting frequently.
