- 1 lb. pork
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 block tofu
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. miso
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Cut pork into thin slices and brown in hot oil.

2Cut green onions into 1-inch lengths and cook another minute.

3Cut tofu into small squares and add to meat and onions.

4Add soy sauce and sugar.

5Mix gently and let cook for a few minutes.

6Mix miso with water and let cook another few minutes.

7May thicken with a little cornstarch and water paste.

8Serve with steamed rice.
