- 1 bunch broccoli
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sliced, pitted large black olives
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- lemon wedges
Directions

1Divide broccoli into flowerets and steam until cooked but still crisp.

2Place in a warm serving dish.

3In a small pan, melt butter.

4Saute garlic in it for a few minutes and add sliced olives.

5Pour butter mixture over broccoli.

6Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve with lemon wedges.
