Pork with Kimchi

- 300 g pork
- 1 bunch chinese chives
- 1 package bean sprouts
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1 1/2 Tbsp *soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp *sesame oil
- 1 tsp *rice vinegar
- 1 tsp *mirin
- 1 tsp *sugar
- 1 clove *grated garlic
Directions

1Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, mirin, sugar and garlic in a bowl and add the pork, cut into small strips.

2Marinate them for at least 15 minutes.

3Heat a pan, and place the pork pieces in one by one.

4Cover the pork with the bean sprouts.

5Add the garlic chives, cut to about 5cm long pieces, on top of the bean sprouts.

6Put the lid on with high heat.

7When it starts steaming, turn to medium heat and keep steaming for 3 min.

8Turn the heat off and remove the lid.

9Add kimchi to the pan and mix a little bit.

10Now you are ready to eat!

11It is also yummy to eat with warmed cooked rice!
