- Pork butt or shoulder roast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. fennel seed
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. celery flakes
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cut deep slits in top & bottom of the roast.

2Mix spices together and put a spoonful in each slit.

3Cover loosely and bake in oven overnight at 200°.

4Take roast out and pull meat apart with forks.

5Add 1/2 cup water, cover and bake another 2 - 4 hours at 200°.
