  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Whole Cloves
  • 1 Vanilla Bean - Split And Scraped
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 12 Whole Peppercorns - Cracked
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar

    Mix everything together in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook until mixutre reduces to 1 cup, about 20 minutes. Strain into a medium bowl
