- 1 portabella mushroom Large
- 1/4 red onion sliced
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions

1Wash portabella mushroom and season with the seasoning salt and garlic powder.

2Place the portabella in a small frying pan on medium to low heat. Cover for 5 minutes then flip mushroom and cover for another 5 minutes.

3Put portabella mushroom on plate, then add red onions to the pan you used for the mushroom.

4Sautee onions until soft. Once onions are soft place them on top of the portabella mushroom.

5Set aside a Tablespoon on onions to garnish the top of the meal.

6Fry one egg sunny side up. The egg will be completely cooked when there are white specks in the yoke.

7Once egg is done, place it on the top of the mushroom and onions then garnish.
