- 3 Portabella mushrooms
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese
Directions

1Slice mushrooms, chop garlic and grate cheese.

2Heat pan on high.

3Add oil.

4Add onions, add mushrooms.

5Turn fire to medium, cook for about 2-3 minutes.

6Flip.
-
7Cook another 1-2 minutes, add garlic.

8Stir/shake pan.

9Add vinegar and worchertershire.

10Stir/shake pan/toss.

11Add cheese cover, turn off fire, let cheese melt.

12Serve!
