Ingredients

  • 3 Portabella mushrooms
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese

Directions

    Slice mushrooms, chop garlic and grate cheese.

    Heat pan on high.

    Add oil.

    Add onions, add mushrooms.

    Turn fire to medium, cook for about 2-3 minutes.

    Flip.

    Cook another 1-2 minutes, add garlic.

    Stir/shake pan.

    Add vinegar and worchertershire.

    Stir/shake pan/toss.

    Add cheese cover, turn off fire, let cheese melt.

    Serve!
