- 1 c. dry pinto beans
- 1/2 lb. bacon or linguica, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook the beans in large pot.

2Add all of ingredients to pot except for wine and tomato paste.

3Dilute tomato paste with wine and then pour into pot and salt to taste.

4Cook beans an additional 1/2 hour.
