Hawaiian Fruit Pie

  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 large bananas
  • 2 pie shells
  • 1 container Cool Whip

Directions

    Cook pineapple, sugar and flour together until thick.

    Cool. Slice one layer of bananas on bottom of baked pie shell.

    Sprinkle a layer of coconut.

    Sprinkle a layer of pecans.

    Then pour cooled pineapple over layers.

    Top with Cool Whip.

    Chill in refrigerator.

    Makes 2 pies.
