- 1 lb. bacon
- 2 1/2 lb. tomatoes
- 4 or 5 eggs
- 4 or 5 pieces toast
Directions

1Cook bacon in a 10-inch skillet.

2Remove bacon and pour off grease.

3Chop up tomatoes into small pieces.

4Put tomatoes into skillet and simmer until tomatoes are stewed (lots of liquid). Add cooked bacon to tomatoes (mix together).

5Poach eggs in tomatoes and bacon.

6As eggs cook, let some of the liquid cook off.

7When eggs are firm, cut through all sections and place on toast.
