- 8 eggs separated
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 6 3/8 tablespoons flour
- 1 pint milk
- lemon peel
- cinnamon powder to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2In a saucepan, whip the egg yolks, add the sugar, and whip again.

3Gradually add the flour, milk, and finally the grated lemon peel.

4After everything is whipped, cook over low heat, stirring constantly.

5When the cream is thick, let it cool down slightly before mixing in the egg whites.

6Pour the mix in a deep clay dish, or other ovenproof pan. Sprinkle with a lot of cinnamon powder, and bake for about 20 minutes until pie splits open.
