Place pork in pan and cover with sliced onions. Pour 1\/2 cup water in the bottom of pan. Cover tightly w\/ aluminum foil and roast meat 'til very tender, 5-6 hours. let pork cool enough to handle.","3":"Using two forks, shred pork into bite-size pieces.
