  • 2 c. mixed vegetables
  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • about 5 hot dogs
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 to 3 c. brown gravy
  • pie crust to cover casserole dish

Directions

    Cook mixed vegetables and season.

    Cook potatoes and season. Braise onions and sliced hot dogs together.

    Make brown gravy. Mix all the ingredients and put in casserole dish.

    Make pie crust and roll out to fit on the top of the vegetable mixture.

    Bake at 425° until crust is a golden brown.

    Make slits in crust for steam to escape.
