- 1 (3 lb.) roast
- salt and pepper to taste
- seasoned salt to taste
- Worcestershire sauce
- dash of garlic
- 3 stalks celery
- 1/2 large onion
- 6 to 8 large potatoes
- 6 carrots
- 2 cans mushroom soup
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except potatoes, carrots and cream of mushroom soup.

2Put the ingredients into a crock-pot with water and cook for several hours until meat is done.

3Add potatoes, carrots and cream of mushroom soup.

4Make sure there is liquid covering potatoes and carrots.

5Add water if necessary.

6Cook until potatoes and carrots are tender and serve.

7Makes 6 to 8 servings.
