- 3 to 4 lb. boneless beef pot roast
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1In a large, heavy pan, brown meat in shortening; pour off fat. Add soup and water; cover.

2Simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until done.

3Stir occasionally.

4Remove meat from pan.

5Gradually blend 1/4 cup water into flour.

6Slowly stir into gravy.

7Cook; stir until thickened.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings.
