- 6 medium yellow squash
- 3 onions, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cut squash into 1/2-inch slices.

2In a casserole dish, alternate squash, onions, mushroom soup and crumbs.

3Sprinkle with garlic salt, salt and pepper.

4Dot with butter.

5Seal with foil and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
