- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 lb. beef roast
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 onions
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. beef bouillon
- 2 potatoes
- 1 oven cooking bag
Directions

1Shake flour in a cooking bag; place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

2Put tomato sauce, salt, pepper and mushroom soup in. Close bag; shake gently to mix.

3Trim fat from roast; place in bag.

6Make six 1/2-inch slits in top of bag. Bake at 350° for 2 3/4 hours.
