- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 1/2 to 4 lb. roast
- 1 (10 oz.) can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 pouch of dry onion soup mix
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 4 stalks of celery
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 6 potatoes
- 6 carrots cut into pieces
Directions

1Brown the roast in oil on all sides. Mix together mushroom soup and onion mix with water. Put your roast in a roasting pan and pour soup mixture over the meat; add celery and bell pepper on top and bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours. Add potatoes and carrots and bake 1 more hour or until meat and vegetables are tender.
