  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 1/2 to 4 lb. roast
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 pouch of dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 6 potatoes
  • 6 carrots cut into pieces

Directions

    Brown the roast in oil on all sides. Mix together mushroom soup and onion mix with water. Put your roast in a roasting pan and pour soup mixture over the meat; add celery and bell pepper on top and bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours. Add potatoes and carrots and bake 1 more hour or until meat and vegetables are tender.
