- 2 lb. potatoes, peeled
- 1 to 2 onions, peeled
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash roast off and pat dry.

2Cut slits in roast on both sides. Pat cider vinegar on both sides of roast to tenderize.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Brown roast on both sides in roasting pan sprayed with Pam.

5Add water to cover roast.
