- 1 beef roast
- 1 onion
- 5 small cloves garlic
- 1 can steak mushroom sauce
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 6 c. water
- 3 large potatoes
- 1/2 c. grease
Directions

1Cut onion into small pieces as well as garlic cloves and bell pepper.

2Cut potatoes into chunks.

3Stuff roast with garlic.

4Fry roast in grease until brown on the outside.

5Then take roast out of pot and drain grease.

6Fry onions until golden brown; take out. Put roast, onion, bell pepper, garlic and mushroom sauce in pan; add potatoes and water.

7Bake at 400° about 1 1/2 hours or until cooked.
