  • 1 beef roast
  • 1 onion
  • 5 small cloves garlic
  • 1 can steak mushroom sauce
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 6 c. water
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1/2 c. grease

Directions

    Cut onion into small pieces as well as garlic cloves and bell pepper.

    Cut potatoes into chunks.
  3. 3
    Stuff roast with garlic.
  4. 4
    Fry roast in grease until brown on the outside.

    Then take roast out of pot and drain grease.

    Fry onions until golden brown; take out. Put roast, onion, bell pepper, garlic and mushroom sauce in pan; add potatoes and water.

    Bake at 400° about 1 1/2 hours or until cooked.
