- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 c. carrots
- 6 potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. seasoned meat tenderizer
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Put oil in heavy pan; brown roast rubbed with meat tenderizer. Add all other ingredients; cover with water.

2Cook slow for 5 hours.

3Can add more vegetables if family is larger than 4.
