  • 1 (3 to 4 lb.) pot roast
  • 1 can beer
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 bottle chili sauce

Directions

    Place meat in large Dutch oven or heavy baking pan (with lid). Corning Ware works well.

    Combine beer, sugar and chili sauce and pour over meat.

    Bake, covered, at 325° for 2 to 4 hours, until meat is tender.

    Strain seeds out of liquid.

    Cool and refrigerate overnight.
