- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) pot roast
- 1 can beer
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 bottle chili sauce
Directions

1Place meat in large Dutch oven or heavy baking pan (with lid). Corning Ware works well.

2Combine beer, sugar and chili sauce and pour over meat.

3Bake, covered, at 325° for 2 to 4 hours, until meat is tender.

4Strain seeds out of liquid.

5Cool and refrigerate overnight.
