  • 2 cups Kraft Peanut Butter
  • 4 cups Kraft BarBQ Sauce
  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 72 each wooden skewers

Directions

    Beat peanut butter, barbecue sauce and soy sauce with wire whisk until well blended.

    Divide equally into 2 bowls; set 1 bowl aside to be used as a dipping sauce.

    Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

    Thread chicken strips evenly onto skewers.

    Grill 4 to 5 min.

    on each side or until chicken is cooked through (165F), brushing frequently with the remaining barbecue sauce mixture.

    Discard any remaining sauce that was used for brushing onto the cooked chicken.

    Serve with the reserved barbecue sauce mixture for dipping.
