  • 12 peeled, quartered and cooked potatoes
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. diced green onions
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1 cube butter

Directions

    Arrange potatoes in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Mix and pour over soup, sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.

    Spread over grated Cheddar cheese and pat down.

    Sprinkle with corn flakes and pour melted butter over top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
