- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large onion
- parsley flakes
Directions

1Wash and cut potatoes in large slices.

2Place in baking dish with onion rounds. Spoon mushroom soup on top. Add 1/2 cup water and parsley flakes.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Cover with foil. Bake in oven until tender, 30 to 45 minutes at 400°.
