- 2 cups white flour or 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon stevia powder
- 3 tablespoons erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 34 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Combine flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl.

3Combine butter, stevia, erythritol, vanilla, and beat until smooth.

4Add eggs one at a time, while continuing to stir.

5Combine dry and wet ingredients and stir.

6You may add 1 cup and/or 1/2 cup of coconut, but know, doing this will increase sugar count.

7On a buttered pan, place as many possible 2 cubic inches of batter ( 2 inches between each other).

8Bake 9-11 minutes.
