Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper (use less, if desired)
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated cheese (I use 1 cup mild Cheddar and 1 cup sharp Cheddar)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and put in 9 x 13-inch glass dish (greased).

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
