  • 2 small or 1 large Ore-Ida hash browns, shredded
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 stick Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar, grated
  • salt and garlic salt to taste
  • Parmesan cheese
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Thaw potatoes.

    Mix all ingredients, except cheese and bread crumbs.

    Put in a 9 x 13-inch dish and sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 350° for 1 hour, covered.
