- 3 cups flour
- 12 cup potato, boiled and mashed
- 75 g butter
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 18 teaspoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 egg
- 14 cup water, reserved from boiling the potatoes
- 12 cup milk, warmed slightly
Directions

1Combine the butter, egg, honey, sugar, salt and potato.

2Beat for 2 minutes.

3Add the potato water, milk and yeast

4Add the flour, 1/4 cup at a time and beat with a dough hook on the lowest speed until the mixture forms a soft dough that pulls away from the bowl.

5The dough should be tacky, not sticky.

6Turn the dough out into a well-oiled bowl, cover with clingwrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 - 1 1/2 hours.

7Preheat the oven to 400 degrees farenheit.

8Punch the dough down, and divide into 19 portions.

9Shape each portion into a roll and place 1 inch apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

10Let rise for another 45 minutes, or until the rolls are touching each other.

11Bake for 12 minutes.
