- 3 potatoes, peeled & cubed (abt. 3 cups)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1In medium saucepan, combine broth and potatoes.

3Reduce heat, cover and simmer 8 minutes or until tender.
