  • 1 c. butter or oleo
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. sweet milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 eggs, beaten separately
  • 2 tsp. melted chocolate
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Cream oleo and sugar.

    Add potatoes, eggs and chocolate; mix in cinnamon and flour alternately with milk.

    Stir until well mixed, then mix 2 minutes.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
