  • 2 c. potatoes, peeled and shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. onion, grated and drained
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Press potatoes in a colander to remove as much liquid as possible.

    In a large mixing bowl, beat egg and onion; now stir in flour, salt, pepper and potatoes.

    Press mixture into small hamburgers.

    Fry in deep fryer, turning once.

    Drain on paper towels.
