- 200 grams leftover mashed potato
- 1/3 leek
- 1 small onion
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 oil for frying
Directions

1dice the onion, crush the garlic and shred the leek.

2saute the onion and leek for a few minutes without browning.

3add the garlic and remove from heat

4in a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients together

5heat the oil on a high heat.

6divide the mash mix into 4 balls.
-
7place in pan and fry until brown then flip over carefully and repeat.

8takes about 5 minutes each side

9I served with beans, scrambled eggs and toast with a big dollop of brown sauce.

10as I was extra hungry I had 3 while my daughter had just the one :)
