- 14 cup milk
- 2 cups finely shredded potatoes (squeeze water out and drain well)
- 14 cup biscuit mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
Directions

1Beat eggs until fluffy.

2Stir in milk, potatoes, baking mix and salt.

3Melt butter in skillet.

4Drop dough by tablespoonfuls into skillet.

5Cook until golden brown on both sides (about 3 minutes on each side).
