- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. grated onion
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, except cheese and potatoes.

2Add potatoes and mix well.

3Put in a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.

4Cover with foil.

5Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour, covered, and 1/2 hour, uncovered.
