  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. grated onion
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except cheese and potatoes.

    Add potatoes and mix well.

    Put in a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour, covered, and 1/2 hour, uncovered.
