  • 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 12 oz. grated mild cheese

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.

    Mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup margarine. Sprinkle on top.

    Bake 1 hour or until golden brown in a 350° oven.
