Ingredients
- 4 lb potatoes
- 1 cup plain yogurt, I used greek
- 15 oz can of evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp margarine
- 1/2 lb bacon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit

2Wash the potatoes, and put into a pot of water bring to boil.

3Boil to fork tender.

4Let the potatoes cool, and finish steaming with the skin on.

5After the cool remove the skins.

6Fry bacon till crisp set on paper towels to absorb excessive oil

7You can either rice the potatoes ot grate them.

8After your done, gently fold your ingredients except the parmesan cheese.

9Take a pan and put margarine spreading it on the sides and bottom.

10Put potato mixture into the pan.

11Crumble the bacon.

12Sprinkle parmesan cheese, and bacon crumbles on top.

13Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

14Let sit 10 minutes.
