- 6 to 8 medium potatoes
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) French onion dip
- 1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick oleo in casserole
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp. white or black pepper
- 1/2 stick margarine for top
Directions

1Boil potatoes in jackets until tender.

2Cool and peel.

3Grate and mix with grated cheese, dip, melted butter, salt and pepper. Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch flat casserole.

4Put 1/2 stick margarine on top.

5Cook until bubbly at 350°.

6Add crushed Ritz, potato chips or plain crackers and lightly brown.
