  • 32 oz. bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Mix together in a 13 x 9 baking dish.

    Top with 2 cups corn flake crumbs and 1/2 cup melted margarine. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
